Refund Eligibility Refunds are only issued if:
You receive a damaged or defective item
The wrong product was delivered
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
Non-Refundable Items Change of mind
Size or design preference issues
Items damaged after delivery
Custom or party sets
Earrings and nose jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
Refund Method Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
